The holy month of Ramadan is a time of spiritual reflection, patience, compassion, and generosity. To honor the true spirit of this blessed month, Sanyukta Mutu Charity Nepal organizes its Ramadan Relief Campaign to support economically disadvantaged families, orphans, widows, and vulnerable communities across Nepal.

Through this campaign, food relief packages are distributed to help families prepare Suhoor (pre-dawn meal) and Iftar (meal to break the fast). These packages typically include essential food items such as rice, lentils, cooking oil, sugar, salt, tea, and other daily necessities, enabling families to observe Ramadan with dignity and peace.

To ensure that everyone can celebrate the joy of Eid, the campaign also provides new clothes and other essential items to children, women, and families in need. In addition, humanitarian and basic medical assistance is extended to the sick, elderly, and individuals requiring special care.

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said:

“The best charity is that given in Ramadan.“
